The Singapore Art Book Fair internship programme is seeking a highly motivated individual with knowledge of and interest in contemporary art, art books, and culture.
Interns will acquire strong hands-on experience in the context of organising an art book fair. You will be assisting with the research, coordination, and preparation of the upcoming 2019 edition. There are also opportunities for writing, curating, and other projects as they come up.
Applicants should be highly organised and possess a strong command of reading and writing in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred (but not required).
Interns typically work 2 - 4 days a week (hours are flexible), depending on availability, and we ask that you commit a minimum of 3 months. This is an unpaid internship, however, a stipend will be provided to cover meals and travel expenses. We are happy to write letters of support, or work with schools to arrange for academic credit.
Interested applicants may apply by emailing your résumé and cover letter expressing your interest to Renée Ting at email@example.com.
